Cancellation Policy

For cancellations of less than 48 hours full deposit is non-refundable. Deposit may be used towards a rebooked appointment if rescheduled within no less than 48 hours of appointment. For trainings, cancellations are non-refundable. Rescheduling training day permitted one time only with minimum one week notice reschedule and payment of balance owing may be required if not already paid.
